Bridge Over Troubled Waters

I very much would like to be a bridge for your troubling thoughts, concerns; your relationship with yourself and/or any other ‘troubled waters’ you may be doing your best (just now) to stay afloat in.

These are troubling times. These are the most unknown times I have ever experienced; our world has ever experienced and, most likely, most of you too. 
My goal here has always been to share my truth and thoughts, and in doing so inviting you to feel, open up and experience You living You through self-love.  
You are unique. You are one of a kind.  You are sensational.  You were born this way purposefully.  
We humans feel.  We humans emote. We humans experience wonderful times. We feel rough times. We think which can be troubling in itself.  Ha!  We dream. We create. We spin when all of these things collide, come together and happen at once.  
May you always come back to this moment here and now available through your breath.  
May you come back to the current goal of your very next step.  Bab…


I come here wondering what is up with me...  Wondering what I will share; type and post...  I am open and curious.

There is a storm brewing, heading towards Florida, USA.  It is uncertain of where the eye will hit and 'if' and 'when' carries a lot of unknown.

The grocery shelves are empty or emptying and gas is hard to find.  Many have learned to take the threat of a hurricane seriously over the years as more and more of us Floridians have experienced and gone through a hurricane.

This will be my first time living in a high rise on the water.  The building is built for a Category 5 hurricane and if Mother Nature wants to get me, she will get me.

I am preparing and praying.  I know that in this very moment, I am okay, safe and fine.

When you look out onto the path(s) that is(are) in front of you, what are the 'feelings' that you see...  What are the words you hear yourself saying to describe many of your daily moments; activities; and feelings...

Do you leave your home thinking (knowing) it will be a good day or do you leave your home thinking (knowing) something else...

How do these thoughts react within your body; your beingness...

Are you creating 'feel good' feelings...  Are you creating something else...  Do you know...  Are you aware...

What would you like to think (know); feel...

We are the ones that most create our experiences.  We can become habitual humans and leave our home with the same feeling every day without even being aware of it.

I'd like to offer to you to be aware of your experience of You as you leave your home; as often as possible.  I'd like to offer to think the thoughts that support you in feeling the way that you wish to feel.

I believe in you.   I know this is possible.…

Wonder Wandering

I sit under interesting skies today.  Hint of rain.  Sound of thunder.  Sun in the north.  Darkness in the south.

It seems to me that when in Florida, if one doesn't like the weather, keep driving, it will change.

Just like life, if we are not loving the moment that we are in, bring our truest of self into it through acceptance and know that every moment is unique and doing exactly what it is supposed to be doing.

What we put out; what we think; what we feel; what we do creates who we are in the moment and going forward.

May you step outside of yourself and watch; from time to time.

Be mindful.  Be aware.

Sometimes, the littlest movement or a simple thought or word will change/alter our own world.

If I am feeling sluggish and I go for a walk, the feeling of sluggishness changes.

If I am feeling down and I tell myself how awesome I am and allow myself to believe it, the feeling of being down can change.

So Many Voices

There are so many voices in our world and, yet, not everyone has a voice they use.

As I am looking on social media recently, I realize all that is being said, shared, conveyed, transmitted, offered and experienced.

How amazing that there are places we all can go and be heard; be seen; share.

I have been feeling that my 'little' voice that holds only my experiences, even through a big heart, doesn't matter to everyone.  I have been feeling like there isn't much significance I have to share compared to others.

This is not a fun feeling and, certainly, not a helpful feeling to myself or to anyone.

I was thinking that each life that lives - a book could be written on and each life that lives - does matter.

It is through each others' experiences that we grow, connect, transform, evolve and learn.  I believe that what is meant for us we will see and know.  What is not meant for us, we will not heed.

So use your voice; speak your mind; speak your emotions; speak your truth.  If …

Super Duper Duper

I come here today thinking about how all of us have our own unique truths; our own unique stories.  We all have stories inside of ourselves and we all have issues and courage, strength and weaknesses.

Are we being challenged more than we have ever been to be true to ourselves; to live like there is no place to hide and forced to live in the moment and from the inside out...  I think yes.

So much is on the table, so to speak, and showing itself.   So much information is at our fingertips.  So much heartache and awe is right in our faces and we are becoming/learning into a new way of being.

Our own stillness is a gift.  Our own being is a miracle.  Our own 'own-ness' is being demanded as to find our own peace and fulfillment within and to share it without.

This journey called life is loud and unclear to many.  This is the way it is supposed to be or it would not be so.

Our mission, if we choose to accept it, is to live our true selves from within out.  To open our hearts and our mind…


I want to be the sunshine of my own life.  I am blessed to have many bring 'sunshine' into my life.

I wish to be kind, easy, gentle and comforting to myself.  I want to wake up in the morning happy knowing that I get to 'just love' throughout the day.  To accept myself for where I am; what I do; how I feel; and what I find fascinating to accomplish, share and to be aware of the connections that show up for me to experience through my own love.

This feels bright, shiny and ‘bling-like’ to me and my life.

It is an honor to love, laugh, cry, be true, and just be myself with another human being or beings.

It is a choice to have an open loving mind.  It is a choice to have an open loving heart.  If feels to me that as I choose to be open, I am giving myself and our universe a gift.  To be who I innately am, through love, is what expands me into and out of the depth of me.  And it feels grand.  It is great fun for me.  Freedom to be me is like fresh air to breathe, exhilarat…


I first learned the concept of a mental mini-vacation while going through a course to become a volunteer for a hospice organization.  It became a 'lifeline' for myself as I hope I was helpful to the ones that honored me and allowed me into their lives at this time of their lives.  

A mini-vacation to me is to just stop everything that I am doing and focus on something that brings me happiness and peace and imagine myself doing just that.

May you take yourself on a mini-vacation as often as feels right to you.

May you do things that make you happy.  Say things, think things, feel things, live things that make you happy.

May you do, say, think, feel, live in all the ways that align with your innate inner wisdom, desire and truth.
